Prices

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Order Acceptance

Once you have placed your order with us, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

If however you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the products on the site, including prices and sizes. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site.

This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with Scots law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

Dispatch & Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) but cannot currently make deliveries to the Channel Islands.

Deliveries weighing over 2kg will be made by DHL and deliveries under 2kg will be made either by DHL or by first class Royal Mail.

Most deliveries will be made within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of the order. If the product is not in stock, you will be informed when the delivery can be made.

All orders weighing under 15kg will be charged a shipping fee of £4.50

All orders weighing between 15kg and 31kg will be charged a shipping fee of £5.25

All orders weighing 31kg and above will be charged a shipping of £8.95

Return & Refund Policy

Mutley & Mog are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and services.

Should any product purchased from Mutley & Mog be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given on the Mutley & Mog website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replaced the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to Mutley & Mog within 7 days of delivery of the product.

In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Mutley & Mog mistakenly and through no fault of Mutley & Mog, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Mutley & Mog unused and in a saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, Mutley & Mog reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
